My career path has been anything but traditional. Whatever I have done career wise, I've always had a deep love for music. In 2003, I founded Mixclub.co.uk, a platform for DJs to share their mixes like Soundcloud. It was fairly successful and a couple of years later I sold it. Unfortunately its now closed but 20 years later, life took an unexpected turn while dealing with a tough relationship breakdown.
A £50 Facebook marketplace mixer and 6 months later I had my debut (thanks Jack) at Utopia Frequency. I stayed as a resident with Utopia and in that time played Since then I've played some great venues and events. A few must be Gravity, Good Vibration Society, St James Park stadium, Nebula - Tulum, Aures-London, Binks Yard - Nottingham and Basement 45. Through my own experiences, I recognized a gap in the DJ training market. Many courses are expensive, but even the good ones lacked a crucial element – guidance on what to do after learning to mix. That's why I created PRO-DJ.CO.UK. a training program that goes beyond mixing, equipping aspiring DJs with the marketing, business, and industry knowledge needed to build a successful career.
