Behind the Music
Music has always been a part of my life, but the journey hasn’t exactly been a straight line.
After stepping away from music for a while to bring up my daughter, I eventually found my way back to it. What started with nothing more than having a jam with my dog has somehow turned into a career — from DJing and producing to building businesses and finding my own sound along the way.
Since then, I’ve had the chance to play some seriously cool clubs and festivals, put on my own nights and events, and experience some pretty memorable venues. I’ve also been lucky enough to be recognised with nominations at the Up and Comers Awards.
Alongside the DJing, I’ve built ventures within the music industry, including pro-dj.co.uk, and worked with partners including Mixed In Key, Cosmic Ears and some of the leading festival operators in the UK.
My love of sound has evolved with me. I’ve always loved house and techno in all their forms, but these days I’m particularly drawn to grooves, tribal rhythms, driving techno and acid — music that works on a dancefloor but still has character and emotion.
2026 marks another chapter.
With my first release, TERMINAL, I’m finally putting my own productions out into the world.
And, to be completely honest, they won’t all be brilliant. 😂
I’m still figuring this production thing out. My first tracks were really an exercise in learning — playing with sound, experimenting and trying to understand what the hell I was actually doing.
I’m proud of them because they’re the start of something, but I already know the next releases will be better. That’s part of the fun for me. I’m learning, experimenting and trying to improve with every track.
For me, this was always the path I wanted to end up on. Not the fame, not the ego and definitely not chasing a particular image.
The music. The process. The feeling.
I never originally set out to make DJing a career. It just happened. And somewhere along the way, music became something that genuinely helped me through some difficult periods in my life.
So I want to keep the reason I started in the first place.
I’m always up for a free party, a random night somewhere with a proper vibe or finding a room full of people who just want to hear some good music. The rest of the noise? I can probably live without it.
For now, I’m just enjoying the journey — making music, learning as I go and seeing where it takes me.
